i had a wonderful one-night stay at holiday inn express & suites, grand rapids airport, south. check-in and check-out were super quick. our standard queen room was clean and spacious. The card key activation for the lights was such a nice touch. the breakfast options were plentiful, making it really easy to start our day right.

My stay was a mixed bag. Incredibly comfortable beds and a large bathroom were highlights, but breakfast fell short with missing items like butter and cinnamon rolls. An unfortunate shuttle mishap left me frustrated. Solid accommodations with potential for greatness, yet service inconsistencies linger in my memory. Would I return? Maybe, but with caution.
